Day 1 - Fit Test

Much harder than I thought!!

Here are my stats hopefully things will get better over time!

Switch Kicks: 106

Power Jacks: 34

Power Knees: 68

Power Jumps: 15

Globe Jumps: 10

Suicide Jumps: 8

Push-Up Jacks: 10

Low Plank Oblique: 35

I’m determined to do much better by the next fit test which is in 2 weeks!
